Sync them with a Fusion Table
Google's Fusion Tables are a convenient way to store your data on the cloud. It's managed by Google, so in order to use them you'll need a Google account.
When sending your Milestones to a Google Fusion Table your photos are sent to your Picasaweb account (you have one if you have a Google account), and a link to each photo is stored with its corresponding Milestone in the Fusion Table.
The first time you sync you'll be sent to Google to grant Milestones access to your Fusion Tables and to Picasaweb. Milestones will not store your Google login data, only the permission to modify Fusion Tables and add photos to a Picasaweb album.
A table named Milestones will be created, and used to keep all your Milestones. The Fusion Table has the ability to show your data geographically, and you can use it to export as a CSV file that you can open with Exel. You can also use it to embed the data in your web site.
Access your Milestones table from http://www.google.com/fusiontables.
